- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We received a bill but it wasn't itemized. Since I pay for my insurance and I pay for my husband and I I want an itemized statement so I can verify the services (because we ALL they over charge). When I called Billing they won't send me a statement because it's my husbands and because of HEPA they won't do it for me. Even though I'm the one who pays for it. Are they afraid SOMEONE ELSE IS GOING TO PAY MY BILL??? Because that would be a GREAT!!! I just want to know what I'm being charged for before "I" can pay it before you send "us" to collections. It's "My" insurance, "I" pay for it and "I" pay the bill!!! So send me the bill. To the address you have on file!!! It's the same!!! Or go ahead and take me to court you bastards...
