- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪1 month ago I posted a very negative review of this office because I felt like since transitioning from my previous agent, whom retired and transferred his clients, that I received poor customer service. My calls would go unanswered and in dealing with a particular billing issue, I felt as though I was being faulted for mistakes the company made, not myself. Today I have removed that review because Dan Bizik called me directly, in response to my review. That is great customer service! Some businesses don't even pay any attention to online reviews but he expressed legitimate concern over my experience and I greatly appreciate his desire to remedy the situation.
